New To Faith?

Lord Jesus, I am so sorry for my wrongdoing.
Please forgive me for being separated from you and from other people.
I receive you into my life as Lord. Please lead me from now on.
I surrender to you.
I believe that you died on the cross to take away my sins, that you rose again on the third day and that you are alive and with me now.
I accept you into my life.
Please help me to live for you.
Thank you for your gift of eternal life for now and forever. Amen.

If you have just prayed this prayer for the first time, or after a long time of being away from Jesus: Congratulations! This is the best thing you can ever do with your life!

Please let one of our pastors, elders, staff team or a member of our hosting team (in the green t-shirts!) know. We would love to pray and celebrate with you!
We would also love to give you support and answer any questions you may have!

  • Our children’s service is available in our 9am and 11:15am services. Register your child at our registration point in the foyer before the service. Children are invited to the main service for worship and after they will be called to attend their BCCKids group.

  • CitYouth serves young people ages 11-18. We meet on Sunday mornings at 9am & 11:15am, and in the week. We also join with Elim nationally and regionally for special events.

  • BeOne is BCC’s ministry focusing on students and those in their 20s. Like the early church in the Bible, we believe that relationships and belonging to community and family are vital for life and discipleship.

  • Held in the BCC Life Café, Wednesday mornings 10:30 - 12, our seniors meet for a daytime Life Group.  We gather for elevenses, enjoy each other’s company and then come together for a relaxed time of devotion, worship and prayer. We also have an annual summer outing before we have a break over summer.

  • Join us live from the heart of Birmingham, as we worship and pray together online and in-person! Email your prayer requests in to admin@bcc.life, or submit them on the livestream directly. We will be worshipping, and we will be praying through your prayer requests.

  • A Life Group at BCC is people gathering regularly to become friends and to be better follower of Jesus.
Being in a Life Group offers us all great opportunities to grow, to make friends and to deepen in our spiritual journey!

Here are some of the big advantages to you to being in a Life Group:

    • Making closer friendships

    • Journeying through life with people we can get to know really well

    • Having time for conversation and questions

    • Being a mid-week spiritual stepping-stone

    • Providing grass-roots pastoral support to one another

    • Studying God’s word more deeply together

    • Praying for things together

    • Either meeting with BCC people at a convenient location near us in the city, or meeting online with BCC people because of travel or time constraints

    • Identifying and developing spiritual gifts

    • Enjoying connection with one another

Most Life Groups at BCC consist of between 3 and 16 people. You do not need to be super-knowledgeable to run a Life Group or be in a Life Group, you just need to be willing to meet on a regular basis with other people from BCC either in person or online. We are able to offer Life Groups a huge curriculum through our RightNow Media subscription, available here. If you're prepared to make some regular time available for a Life Group, let us know your details using the form (click here) and we will do our best to get you either connected with a Life Group or starting one up yourself!

  • If you are in need of an emergency food parcel, please contact the help through hardship line on 0808 208 2138 to obtain a food voucher code. For more information about how you can donate, receive a food parcel, and details of our address and opening hours please visit the Foodbank website.

Our Food Bank opening times are:
    Tuesday: 9:30am-11:30am
    Friday: 10am-1:30pm

We kindly ask that anyone collecting a food parcel arrives no later than 15 minutes before closing.

As the Foodbank is completely reliant on donations, this service would not be possible without the kind support we receive from BCC members, the public, local businesses and other local churches. Giving to Foodbank really does change lives!  We would not be able to run this project without the dedication of our amazing volunteers and kind donators of money and food.

Donations of food items can be dropped off at the BCC office reception during the week or in the church foyer before any of our services OR at our Permanent Collection Point at Springhill 24/hr Tesco in Hockley.
